NAC sent the criminal case on illegal mortgage of spaces of RepublicanClinic Hospital to Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office. This happened after the investigators have finished collecting evidence on this file.

Five persons are suspected of overcoming of official duties. It is the Minister of Health, acting director of the Republican Clinical Hospital, head of legal Department of Ministry of Health, notary who certified the mortgage contract and registrar of Chisinau Cadastral Office who registered the contract.

Prosecutors will comment on the proposal on NAC officers on: submission of accusation, the suspension of public persons, notary license revocation and submission of the case to court.

We recall that after the information about prosecution on this case was publishes in mass-media sources, the mortgage of spaces of Republican Clinic Hospital was replaced, thereby preventing material damage that could have been caused to state. CNA notified the National Integrity Commission regarding a conflict of interest that Minister of Health is involved in by issuing the order on reorganization of the medical institutions.
